Throughput
How many units of work, such as pull requests or tickets, a team completes in a period. This directory does not tag throughput on its own. Some flow tools report it inside delivery metrics. We do not list those tools here as if throughput were a verified column.
Why it matters to an engineering manager
Useful as a trend for a stable team and a stable definition of "done." Harmful as a target. People will cut the size of the unit until the chart looks better.
